ありがたい事に最近は毎日海外からのお客さんが多く、
お店の商品や空間を気に入ってもらえて嬉しい限りです。

店主は20歳から22歳までの期間、
アメリカに住んでいたので、
日常会話や接客ぐらいの簡単な英語でしたら
ギリギリなんとか話せます。

Googleなどでは教えてくれないローカルな情報や、
日本の習慣もお伝えできればと思います！

写真の辞書は、20歳の時に
4ヶ月住んだサンフランシスコから、
初めて行ってそのまま移り住んだニューヨークで、
語学の先生から英和辞書で調べていたら、
「英語を日本語で考える脳を変えた方が良い」と
教えてもらった英英辞書

わからない単語は、またその単語を探して調べる
永遠ループの作業

人生で1番勉強した思い出

Thankfully, we’ve been seeing a lot of international customers every day recently, and we’re thrilled that they enjoy our products and the atmosphere.

The owner lived in the United States from age 20 to 22,
so I can barely speak basic English for everyday conversation and customer service.

I hope to share local information and Japanese customs that Google and other platforms won’t tell you!

The dictionary in the photo is from when I was 20,
where I moved from San Francisco, where I lived for four months,
to New York,
where my language teacher recommended that I look something up in an English-Japanese dictionary.

When I looked up a word I didn’t understand, I would look it up again.

It’s an endless loop of searching for the word again. 

The best memory of my life studying.
